The concept of Open Homes
As a globetrotter, the world is my home. I brought open homes with me from New Zealand, where it is originally used as a concept for marketing real estate. The idea there is that real estate should not be presented as lifeless rooms, but interested parties can get a picture of their future home without much arrangement of fixed dates. Thus, if necessary, even a chat with the current residents about the advantages can be held.
For the concept to the apartment I projected the idea on our openness to people, our interest in new contacts and the joy to share. Of course we respect your wish for privacy.
